Organizations and schools use monthly sponsored AI credit plans. Starter includes 1,000,000 monthly credits, Pro includes 5,000,000 monthly credits, and Elite includes 15,000,000 monthly credits. Admins can configure plan prices and credit limits from Credit Packages.
Members chat from the institution monthly allowance first. If the monthly allowance is exhausted before the next renewal, admins can buy emergency recharge packs. Default recharge packs are GHS 200 for 1,000,000 credits, GHS 500 for 5,000,000 credits, and GHS 1,000 for 15,000,000 credits. Emergency recharge credits are only needed when the monthly plan allowance runs out mid-cycle.
If monthly allowance and top-up balance are both exhausted, Helpmates prompts the institution admin to upgrade or recharge. Member chats can fall back to personal credits where allowed.
