Institution Helpmates use the organization's or school's sponsored credit pool first. Each member can have a quota. When the quota is exhausted, the member is billed from personal credits unless an admin increases their quota. Standard non-institution chats use personal credits. VIP Helpmates are covered by an active VIP plan according to the customer's tier.
