By using Helpmates, you agree to use the platform responsibly for lawful, constructive, and professional purposes. AI responses may be inaccurate and should be verified before relying on them for critical decisions.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Wistech may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, violate policies, or harm other users.
Credits, subscriptions, and payments
Standard chats may use credits. VIP plans, recharge packs, institution onboarding fees, and enterprise services are subject to the package terms shown at purchase. Payment does not guarantee public marketplace publication of an institution or custom Helpmate.
Custom Helpmates and content
Creators, schools, and organizations are responsible for the sources, instructions, documents, and knowledge they upload. Do not upload confidential, illegal, copyrighted, or sensitive data unless you have permission and understand the risks.
Approvals and marketplace visibility
Wistech may review, approve, reject, hide, or remove custom Helpmates, organizations, schools, or creator content to protect quality, trust, and user safety.

Helpmates can assist with research, drafting, learning, and planning, but do not replace qualified professionals in legal, medical, financial, engineering, or safety-critical matters.
