Helpmates collects the information needed to provide accounts, chats, payments, institution workspaces, creator tools, support, and platform safety. We aim to handle data responsibly and only use it for service delivery, improvement, security, and compliance.
Information we process
- Account details such as name, email, profile settings, status, creator access, and VIP tier.
- Chat messages, uploaded attachments, generated images, and conversation settings.
- Custom Helpmate sources such as website URLs, direct text, uploaded documents, and training instructions.
- Organization and school registration details, membership status, and sponsored usage.
- Payment references and transaction status from payment providers.
- Support messages and operational logs used to resolve issues and secure the platform.
AI and uploaded sources
When you chat or train a custom Helpmate, relevant content may be sent to AI model providers to generate responses. Avoid uploading data you are not authorized to process.
Security and access
Admin and superadmin tools are used to manage approvals, support issues, user access, and platform quality. Public marketplace visibility is controlled separately from stored training data.

You can update your profile, request support, manage custom Helpmate training where permitted, and contact Wistech for account or data questions.
